any good books on limit? Ive been beating a B&M 10/20 game for a while. Im making really good money. I want to go pro. Im gonna give it a shot. Anyone else grinding limit games? NL was my game, but my local casino has had limit for a year now, and there are a few players who are better then me and seem to win most times as well. I figure if i can beat it here i can beat it anywhere? (vegas dreams in my head hah)
i know the net is where the real money is…..(multitabling…way more hands per hour) but i really like live poker. PS if i was making 30k or more a year, id be living the dream…and im on pace for 75 this year. (a G a week is not that much in a looseish 10/20) thoughts?
Has anyone been to the palace station casino in vegas recently? How was your experience there? How do I book one of those newly renovated rooms instead of one of the old ones? How was the pool at that hotel? It is cheap to book right now that is why I am asking. Thanks everyone!!
I’ve read the place is deserted, with most of it’s facilities closed, a casino that is impossible to win at, high crime, deserted marketplaces. I was looking for rest and relaxation but fear we might now be bored for a week with nothing to do. Anyone been there lately? We’ll be going the second week of Sept.

I’m trying to find a penthouse in a casino in las vegas (preferably on the strip) that has three bedrooms and can house up to 15 people. I’m looking to book this thing 2.5 months in advance (for the summer). My budget is around $500-$600 for 4 nights. This is for me and my gf’s birthday. It’s extravagant for a reason. 
Does anyone know where I can get info for this easily, or any direct information? Thanks a lot!

and i dont seem to recall his car having heat seaking missiles or anything else we always see.
I know it sounds similar to a lot of ohter books but tell me what u think. I had a dream last night and I just wanted to write about it this morning. Ok, it’s about a girl’s dad that goes to a casino in Las Vegas and he wins a million dollars. He just hasn’t cashed it in yet. People find out about it and are trying to steal it. Except, her dad divorced her mom 5 years ago when he got the million dollars. It is 5 years later and the girl, Bucky, that’s just her nickname I don’t know what her full name is though, lame right? Anyways, her dad left it with her to keep it safe and now the bad guys are after her to get a million dollars and take the money to buy stuff at the mall for themselves. Bucky, her mom, her dad, her dad’s best friend who so happens to be the father of her ex-boyfriend, and her ex-boyfriend unite to run away from the goons. They rent a bus and try across the country and they always have obstacles to overcome. Finally, the people take the receipt of a million dollars, cash in, and win the game, Failure seems to loom over them until Bucky realizes that her ex-boyfriend seems suspicious the whole time. She finds out that he was working with the bad guys. What should the girl’s name be and does the story ****?
I used to have to prepare for hours for the games. Sometimes the parties were at my house, sometimes at elsewhere. So there was lots of preparation time, clean up, decorating, shopping, etc.
I now have many more hours of disposable time. I did not realize my boys have grown so much. What kind of things should I do with them?
I looked at their collection of games and books. The last games I played with them was Candyland and Chutes & Ladders. They laughed at me when I suggested playing those. They said they were playing Trivia Pursuit European edition, and Clue. Also, they are very sharp Poker players. They have won several computer Texas Hold’ Em tournaments.
So, should I just start having them play with us on poker nights? They are still way too young to get into the casino.
What other things can I do to spend quality time with them now?
I mean Brady will be back next season, so I can’t look long term.
I will be going on the Norwegien Dawn cruise ship this May. It is my first cruise but I will be going with people who have already gone cruising before and love it.
I am looking for any tips or advice from people who have been on the Dawn before – Best/Worst things to do? Best/Worst food to try? I would especially like to hear any tips that cannot be found in a travel book – things I wouldn’t know otherwise.
The cruise will be going to Bermuda and Nassau, Bahamas so please tell me of any great excursions or fun things to do at those places that are available through the cruiseline. (or tell me what not to do as well!)
Also, does anyone know the casino age requirement and the drinking age on the Dawn? (please answer this only if you’ve been on it in the past few months or work for the cruiseline).
