Her Grandmother- Who is eccentric but modern and fashionable in her own way.
A boy she meets- Tall, low self esteem pale.
Her Grandmothers apprentice- A short evil eyed girl with jet black hair.

I live in Germany and don’t speak German to a very good degree, thus going to a library is out of my limits
I’m not sure what will interest me, i like history, culture, politics, war, and things relating to the mafia. Judging on what films i like, again things to do with the mafia and organised crime, based on films like Scarface, Carlitos Way, The Godfather 1,2,3, Casino, etc, which are my favourites.
So does anyone have any books they can suggest to me?
Meet Mark Vice or “MV” as he is known by chancers and what friends he has.
The story line
the main character mark vice is a young guy who works in a petrol stop in texas, one day when working at the stop a biker gang fills up and doesn’t pay and decides to arm robbery the place
2 store clerks and his manager get shot innocently while co-operating mark vice is the only who tries to attack one of the men by attempting to hit one of them around the back of the head with a bat
he knocks him out and the other gang member puts a gun to his head, gang leader roy flint, laughs and tells his fellow member to put the gun down telling mark vice he has got balls
he gives him his contact details and hands him a cut of the money they stole from the shop, claiming its our little secret.
mark vice 2 weeks later is found by the fbi and questioned about the shooting and is charged for the assisted robbery of the gang and 2 degery murder, mark vice gets bail and escapes joining the bike
gang seing it as his only option fearing a life in prison.
he leaves his caraven home in the middle of no were and gets his own aparment in las vegas living the high life, Roy flint is then known to be not just a bike gang but a syndicate leader
owning a casino, and a strip joint.
After a couple of easy dirty jobs for flint, mark vice starts impressing flint and is given more risky high pay jobs like hits on people mark vice hates doing the work but is scared about getting hit himself if he
doesnt do the work. the high life doesnt seem so apealing as he remenises about his childhood with his sister who ran away from home and about his ma who died in a hit and run, he just wants to be back to his
caravan and at his job at the petrol stop.
roy flint gives him a job that see’s him refuse not his face but when he thinks about it while sitting in a corvette, its a hit on a maria vice his sister instead he ignores the contract and follows
the adress but it ends up being an abonded squat, he thinks about lying to flint about the hit but he decides he doesnt want nothing to do with it, he takes his bag of money and his new car and
drives as far away as he could.
he ends up in detroit, were he finds a new caravan and a job at an office sorting out the mail. one weekend he goes to a local strip joint and enjoy his night with the ladies after drinks, making new friends
and a chill out, he ends up taking a girl home she later becomes his wife and after 5 years together they have a 3 year old son together, one day at work he gets a mail adressed to him
saying we found you ” RL” you owe us!
He runs back home to warn his family saying we need to leave but he is too late his wife is laying on the floor un-consious and his daughter being lead at knife point into a boot of a car!
they drive off mark vice tends to his wife but she is dead, mark then travells back to texas to find RL and get his son back and get revenge, he spends his time fighting off his thugs
and finding clues to his son’s were abouts,
the story climaxes with marks sister being RL’s personal assistant, she remember’s her brother but pretends not to know him, it dawns on mark that the hit couldnt be on his sister like he first thought
he is then over powered in RL’s office by yet more of his henchmen and is put in a dirty room and beaten up. he is then free’d by his sister who reveals all and is on marks side.
she then runs off and hotwires a car revelaing she used to be a mechanic and tells mark to finish roy off,
Mark finishes him off and leaves him a note saying i owe you nothing! and drives off into the sunset with his sister!
