Casino Guide Book

Hi,

Next month I’m going to Vegas and booked a deluxe room at the Sahara. I like a room with a nice view and I was wondering: should I ask for a view of the Strip? Of the pool? etc. Maybe both? I’d like to avoid seeing too much construction site, parking lots or rooftops. Does anyone who stayed there before know what view/floor/tower I should ask for? (I undestand the Tangiers tower is the newest)

Has anyone been to the palace station casino in vegas recently? How was your experience there? How do I book one of those newly renovated rooms instead of one of the old ones? How was the pool at that hotel? It is cheap to book right now that is why I am asking. Thanks everyone!!

I’m trying to find a penthouse in a casino in las vegas (preferably on the strip) that has three bedrooms and can house up to 15 people. I’m looking to book this thing 2.5 months in advance (for the summer). My budget is around $500-$600 for 4 nights. This is for me and my gf’s birthday. It’s extravagant for a reason.

Does anyone know where I can get info for this easily, or any direct information? Thanks a lot!

I am taking him to Vegas. He knows that i am taking him away somewhere he just doesnt know where. Now, I want the best hotel in your opinion that is the most for your money. Somewhere fun and has great casinos/food, etc. Money isnt really a big deal, i want him to have the best time he’s ever had. He has cancer and has had nothing but treatment and treatment and hell for the last 3 years, he means the world to me so i want him to have an awesome time and just forget about all the other **** going on.

I was thinking of maybe booking a room somewhere that has good entertainment also.

I am planning a trip to Las Vegas. From what I found online, looks like American Casino Guide and/or Pocketbook of Value are almost essential for my trip. I am actually more interested in the matchplay coupons. Can those matchplay coupons be found elsewhere? For example, Like the fun books from the casinos when you join a membership, or travel centers?

We’re booking a trip to Vegas in late May and for the price the Sahara sounds pretty great and the pool there looks nice too. Some reviews mention that it’s far away from everything else on the strip but it appears to me to be pretty close on a map. Is it inconvenient to walk to the other casinos from the Sahara? It’s for a weekend of partying/relaxing for 3 adults.

A friend from Norway is visiting and already has hotel reservations in Las Vegas. For some reason, he could not book a flight from LA to LV, and is planning to make a reservation today. It costs $250 to get a flight today. I vagely remember that there are bus trips that the casinos sponser, but don’t know if they still do that.

im goin to las vegas in nov 2010 and i want to book my trip now but the thing is that i doint know what hotel to stay in. i want to stay in a great hotel that has a nice room and great casino on the srip. pls hlp
