Jason L asked:

I admit it, I was out all night at the casino and I was going to just walk the 2 miles to the other casino but I got tired and stopped to sit down and fell asleep. I woke up with 5 or 6 firemen asking me questions and I explained to them I had just gotten out of the US Army and back to the states, I was just tired and didn’t mean to fall asleep, the called a cop and he came, I explained again my situation to him, he arrested me for Disturbing the Peace and booked me.
$330 bond out of jail.
Now in court should I plead guilty or not guilty?
I also take anti-depressants which I had run out of and that could have made me more tired than usual.
?
I had honestly only fallen asleep in front of a business (was not open) and a fireman said he saw me from the road. I wasn’t on any drugs and I hadn’t drank anything in a while, I was polite and mannerful to the cop and the firemen (until their captain told me to have a nice day while I was getting in the back of the cop car, then I told him to go **** himself).
the time was midday, somewhere between 12 and 1 I started walking and between 2pm – 3pm the firemen awakened me.

Should there be a **** Tax? Is it a bad idea?

Mr. Spin asked:

In Pennsylvania, “they” want to impose a 100% **** Tax.

Although **** is an adult activity, it does not necessarily mean it is a sin, worthy of a “sin tax”, especially 100%

Porn can be a picture, video, music and literature.

Where one person may view **** as vulgar, another may view it as entertainment, or even art.

So how do they draw the line? Some novels are ****. Some magazines have porno pictures, and some women’s magazines even have descriptive articles (than even men find offensive to a degree).

Will cable TV and Satellite radio have some sort of **** tax? The library too? You can’t tax one, and not the other. In the USA, media (no matter what form) is supposed to fall under free speech, thus not being liable for a tax, mainly magazines and books.

Then again, Pennsylvannia (PA) is known for overtaxing anything they can slip by the people. Look at the casinos in PA, they already spent the money from the profits, even before the casinos were built. …so greedy..
Ok, taxing media exists (my bad), but 100% tax is not that ridiculous, compared to cigarettes, which is like %500 or something.

My point is, a can of worms, johnny Holmes size that is, will be opened if a **** tax is unfairly imposed. The **** industry is huge, and people already do pay taxes for the products.

Will condoms be tax free, but a ******** be taxed? Who will be the head-politician dealing with all of these specific sexual details? It would be funny to see that in action. Make it a reality TV show.

chad c asked:

I am actually looking for a report for a man that was arrested at the Downstream Casino near Joplin and then was transported to Miami Oklahoma for booking. If it matters, I believe this was a federal action since the Casino is considered federal.
