I can’t think of any movies to watch, so I thought I’d ask for suggestions.

1. Reservoir Dogs…I know, Pulp Fiction this and Pulp Fiction that, it was great, but Res Dogs is AWESOME!
2. Fear and Loathing in Los Vegas…if you haven’t seen this, go see it.
3. Casino…Scorsese is a genius(also loved The Departed)
4. Office Space…BEST COMEDY EVER PERIOD
5. Heat…Finally, Pacino and De Niro in the same movie that is not The Godfather.
6. Lock Stock and 2 Smokin Barrels…Guy Ritchie’s best

8. Saving Private Ryan…BEST WAR MOVIE EVER PERIOD

Here are my choices for the top 5 movies of 2006:

5. Casino Royale — This had to make the list somewhere, for all you die hard Bond fans. This really was one of the best Bond films to date, in my opinion. Full of action

4. The Illusionist — I know a lot of you will disagree with ths one, but I watched it and really really enjoyed it. I was entranced throughout the whole movie and didn’t even see the ending coming. Plus I really like Edward Norton. Watch it, if you haven’t seen it already.

3. Superman Returns — Ordinarily, I’m not a big fan of remakes, but I really liked Superman Returns. It had a theme similar to the older Superman movies. I think Christopher Reeve would be proud.

2. The Da Vinci Code — I’m a big fan of Tom Hanks, and ordinarily I’d put his movies in first place. However, reading the book first,like I did, the movie wasn’t quite what you’d expect. It wasn’t a bad movie…Just not what I expected.

1. Pirates of the Carribean — Great sequel. Nuff said

I’m so confused. Ian Flemming didn’t write a book called Quantum of solace, after casino royale it was live and let die ( i think, maybe not but oh well). Is the film based on the 2nd book, another one of the books or is it a new made up story line to carry on the first film?

I loved it…it was amazing..I have these two friends who hated it because it wasn’t like the book, but I say, Who cares if it wasn’t like the book, it was a good movie. They totally reinvented Bond, it gave the series a fresh start and that’s exactly what the movies need. I think the Bond movies are amazing, but they just kind of dragged on and people lost their intrest…what do you guys think?
