  1. if you bet 100 on the spread you win a 100. Lose 110
if you bet 100 on the dog to win you win more. The higher the spread, the more you win.
if you bet on the favorite to win and they lose. You lose more the higher the point spread

  2. If you card with the spreads do this>pick 3 teams ,it pays 6-1 one odds !

    $10 Card pays $60

Most straight up bets pay less than your bet.Like you may have to bet $20 to win $30

  3. It depends on the line.

If you bet using just the point spread you spend $1.10 to win a dollar, Example = If you took a team whether they are the favorite or underdog, you would need to spend $22.00 to win $20.00

Now if you took the MONEL LINE The dog will give you better odds on your dollar since they are a DOG, Example +150, you will get $1.50 for every $1 you bet ( $20 bet and if the dog wins you get $30, so you will cash out a $50 ticket)

If you bet the favorite on the Money Line you have to put out more to win, like -150 you need to spend $1.50 to win $1… the same $20 bet will get you back roughly only $16, and wouuld cash out a $36 ticket.

    Hope this helps,

  4. Well if you were to bet on the Indianapolis Colts to win the game on Sunday night you would have lost $3000 trying to win just $100. If you are going to bet then you are better off betting agains the spread (ATS). Weather you pick the fave or the underdog you will have to risk $110 in order to win $100. You will get your original bet returned as well if you win so you get $210 back.
