I saw a game at a casino called ULTIMATE Texas Hold-em”. It is played at a table like a blackjack table with six players and a dealer. It is played like the texas holdem you see on TV, except as follows. After placing an ante each player (and the dealer) receives two cards. Each player is playing against the dealer and not each other. You can either bet or check. The dealer then flops three community cards. Then you can bet or check again. The dealer turns over two more community cards. You can then bet or fold. You (and the dealer) make a five card poker hand with your two cards and the five community cards. The dealer then compares his cards with each player in turn and either takes your ante and bet if you lose or pays you if you win. There are other side bets that can be made also. Someone told me he had seen a book giving betting tips on this particular game but could not remember the name or where to get it. Has any one ever seen such a betting guide for this game?

Here is one betting guide for the game.
Here is the recommendation from another site:
make the 4X pre-Flop wager with any two-card hand that has a pair of threes or higher, an ace, a king suited with any other card, a queen suited with six or higher, a jack suited with 8 or higher, an unsuited king with a five or higher, and an unsuited queen with an eight or higher.
