I play often at either a $5 or $10 table. Almost always there is someone that complains about another’s playing, hitting or not hitting on a 12, things like that. I know that following the “book” is what everyone wants, but I’d like a good retort for those people who are just plain annoying. The book/rules don’t always work as you know if you play. I tend to get annoyed if someone splits 10′s but I try to remember it’s someone elses choice how they play. Good retort? I usually wait until I get upset and just leave the table or say something stupid.
